Tonahutu Creek Trail is a hard, out-and-back hike of about 27 miles in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, within the Rocky Mountain National Park Wilderness. The route climbs from about 8,555 feet to 12,226 feet, a gain of about 2,621 feet. The National Park Service manages the land, and the Tonahutu Trailhead is the starting point. The trail is not wheelchair accessible, and dogs are not allowed. Horses are permitted, and a fee is charged. For other outings nearby, Haynach Lake Trail lies about 2 miles away and the Onahu to Tonahuto Trail about 2.5 miles. Climbers can head to Notchtop, roughly 4 miles off, and paddlers will find North Inlet about 3.5 miles away.
