Bushee Creek is an easy hike of about 1.4 miles in the Dillon Ranger District of White River National Forest in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is an out-and-back that gains about 712 feet, starting at roughly 8,500 feet and reaching about 9,220 feet at the high point. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Dillon put July highs around 75°F with lows near 38°F, while winter highs stay around freezing. The trail is on natural surface and allows horses. Bikes are not permitted. Upper Pioneer Creek and East Pioneer Creek are both within a mile. Blue River Campground is about 1.7 miles away, and the Blue River fishing area is about 5.7 miles off.
