Bunker Basin is a hike in the Yampa Ranger District of the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is about 6 miles long, with a one-way climb of about 60 feet from a low point of roughly 8,793 feet to a high of about 9,854 feet. It is an out-and-back route. The trail is rated hard. It is a natural-surface route, and both horses and bikes are allowed. Sheriff's Reservoir Campground sits less than a mile away, and Black Mtn Creek is about 1.4 miles off. Dunckley Pass and Chapman Reservoir Campground are both within about 4 miles.
