Chambers Lake Campground is a Forest Service campground in the Canyon Lakes Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Colorado. It sits within the national forest's recreation sites, and the Forest Service manages the land. Vault toilets are the only listed amenity. A fee is charged for stays. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at about 9,000 feet show July highs around 73°F with lows near 40°F, while winter highs stay in the low 30s. The Chambers Lake hike starts just 0.1 mile away, and Joe Wright Creek offers canoeing about half a mile off. Aspen Glen Campground and Big South Campground are both within about 3.5 miles.
