Shadow Lake is a short, easy hike in the Marble Mountain Wilderness, part of the Scott River Ranger District of Klamath National Forest in California. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is a natural-surface out-and-back that covers about 0.4 miles with a one-way climb of about 150 feet. The route starts at an elevation of roughly 6,479 feet and reaches about 6,660 feet at the lake. The hike is a quick outing, so it works well as a short stop within the wilderness.
