Milk Ranch is a moderate hike in the Trinity Alps Wilderness, part of the Weaverville Ranger District of Shasta-Trinity National Forest in northern California. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is a natural-surface out-and-back that climbs from about 4,855 feet to about 6,657 feet over roughly 4.8 miles. The one-way gain is 1,824 feet. Horses are allowed, and bikes are not. The route is close to several other trails, including North Fork Coffee Creek Trail and Saloon Creek, both about 0.3 miles away, and Granite Creek at about 0.4 miles. For an overnight stay, Carter Meadows Horse Group campground sits about 4.2 miles off.
