Rivendell is a climbing area in the Pusch Ridge Wilderness, part of the Santa Catalina Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in Arizona. The Forest Service manages the land, and the nearest town is Tanque Verde, about 5 miles away. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show March highs around 74°F and November highs around 75°F, while June and July average about 100°F. Several climbing areas sit right next to Rivendell, including Five-Thirteen Wall about 0.1 mile away and Pinhead Wall and Hidden Jewels each about 0.4 mile off. Gordon Hirabayashi Campground, roughly 2 miles away, is the closest place to camp.
