Reef Rock on Mica Mt. is a climbing area in the Santa Catalina Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of trails and waterways in the Catalina foothills, with the San Pedro River about 6 miles away. The area has eight trad routes, all rated from 5.7+ to 5.12a. The easiest are Fiona's Feelin' Groovy and MC Runner at 5.7+, and the hardest is Mystery Route at 5.12a. The median grade is 5.9, so the climbing here runs on the harder side of intermediate. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Kartchner Caverns show April highs around 75°F and October highs around 78°F, while June and July average in the low to mid 90s. Miller Canyon and Miller Creek Trail are both about 3.5 miles away, and Rincon Peak Trail is about 4 miles off. The San Pedro River, a canoeing destination, is about 6 miles away.
