Orifice Wall is a climbing area in the Pusch Ridge Wilderness, part of the Santa Catalina Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in Arizona. The Forest Service manages the land, and the area sits within designated wilderness. The climbing is concentrated on a small cluster of boulders and rock faces, with several climbing areas within a short distance. The Fortress, Southeast Face and The Ravens all lie about 0.1 mile away. The grade range runs from 5.10+ up to 5.13, with most routes in the 5.12 range. Sport climbing dominates, with only one trad route, Hereiophobia, listed among the 21 routes. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run to highs around 71°F in May and 75°F in September, while July and August average highs near 80°F. That station sits about 1,500 feet below the wall, so temperatures on the rock run cooler. Canada Del Oro, a hike about half a mile away, and Lemmon Rock Lookout, a mountain biking destination, are also close by. For an overnight stay, Spencer Canyon and Whitetail Campground are both within about 4 miles.
