Delusions of Grandeur Boulder is a bouldering area in Phoenix South Mountain Park, on city land in Phoenix, Arizona. It sits among a cluster of other climbing spots, with Crown Boulder, The Longboat and Snow White Boulder all about 0.1 mile away, and the Guadalupe Perimeter Trail just as close. The area is a boulderer's playground, with seven routes all rated on the V scale. The easiest is Delusions of Grandeur at V0+, and the hardest is Crimp Master Funk Direct at V6. The routes run from V0+ to V6, with a median of V2, and include Vaudeville hook at V2 and The Black Pearl at V3. Winter and early spring are the most comfortable times to visit.
