Boulder Mountain is a climbing area in the Mesa Ranger District of Tonto National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. Two routes are listed here, both trad climbs with grades from 5.0- to 5.7. Dick Drag is a 5.0- trad route, and Be My Ballantine's is a 5.7. Both are traditional routes. The closest climbing area is El Oso Rodeo, about 1.3 miles away, and The Colony is about 2.4 miles away. For hiking, Ballantine is about 2.6 miles away and the Arizona Trail is about 3.6 miles away.
