One Day Wall is a climbing area in Arizona's Coronado National Forest, within the Santa Catalina Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the wall sits among a cluster of climbing areas, with King and Knight both about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here runs from trad to sport, with seven routes in total. The grades fall between 5.6 and 5.9-, making this a mid-range outing for those used to that scale. The hardest is Spanish Fry at 5.9-, and the easiest is Day of Drilling Dangerously at 5.6, a trad route first climbed by Jon Ruland, John Hinrichsen and Eric Ruljancich in 2010. The most comfortable months for a visit are late spring and early fall, when typical averages from the Mt Lemmon Willow Canyon weather station, about 2.2 miles away, run to highs near 71°F in May and 75°F in September. That station sits roughly 1,300 feet below the wall, so temperatures on the wall run cooler. For more to do, Gordon Hirabayashi Campground is about 1.5 miles away, and the Sycamore Reservoir mountain biking area is about 1.5 miles off. The Molino Basin Group campground is about 2.2 miles away.
