Ramsey Peak is an easy out-and-back hike of about 1.7 miles in the Miller Peak Wilderness, part of the Sierra Vista Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in Arizona. The route climbs roughly 472 feet from a low point of about 8,377 feet to a high point of about 8,743 feet on the summit. The trail is a natural-surface route and not accessible. Bikes are not allowed on it, so plan on walking. The climb is short and gentle, making it an easy way to spend a few hours in the wilderness. The peak sits within designated wilderness, and the trip is open year-round. Crest Trail #103 lies about 0.3 miles away. Pat Scott Peak, a mountain biking destination, is about 0.4 miles off. Ramsey Vista campground is about 2.5 miles away, and Reef Townsite Campground is about 3.4 miles away.
