Pat Scott Trail #123 is a 3.9-mile out-and-back hike in Arizona's Miller Peak Wilderness, part of the Sierra Vista Ranger District of Coronado National Forest. The trail climbs from about 6,846 feet to 8,487 feet, a gain of 1,643 feet, and is rated hard. The route lies within designated wilderness, and the Forest Service manages the land. The trailhead sits close to the Carr Canyon Trailhead area, with Hamburg Trail and Pat Scott Canyon within a mile.
