Bartlett Flat is a Forest Service campground in the Cave Creek Ranger District of Tonto National Forest in Arizona. It sits on land managed by the Forest Service, and the nearest town is Fountain Hills, about 20 miles away. The site is simple, with vault toilets as the only listed amenity.
