Lake Alice Overlook is a 2.8-mile out-and-back hike in the Kemmerer Ranger District of Wyoming's Bridger-Teton National Forest. The trail climbs about 1,210 feet from roughly 7,340 feet to about 8,563 feet at the overlook. The route is natural-surfaced and rated moderate. It is open from May 1 to October 31, and the Forest Service manages the surrounding land. Bikes and horses are both allowed on the trail. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. A nearby weather station records typical July highs around 82°F and lows near 42°F, and the trail sits higher than that station, so expect cooler temperatures on the summit. The Lake Alice Trail and Hobble Creek Campground both sit about 0.1 mile away, and Buckskin Knoll is about 1.1 mile off. Lake Alice Campground is about 2 miles away.
