Hailey Pass is a hard hike in the Bridger Wilderness, part of the Pinedale Ranger District of Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is an out-and-back that climbs about 1,267 feet over roughly 11 miles, from a low of about 9,921 feet to a high of about 11,188 feet. The route is natural-surfaced and does not allow bikes. The pass sits in designated wilderness, so plan for a remote outing. The closest neighbors are East Fork Washakie and Donald Lake, both hikes within about 2 miles, and Washakie Pass, a little farther out. Climbers can head to the Cirque of the Towers, about 2.6 miles away.
