Cook Lake Loop is a 6.5-mile out-and-back hike in Wyoming's Bridger Wilderness, within the Pinedale Ranger District of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route rises from about 9,950 feet to a high point of 10,315 feet, with a total elevation gain of 291 feet. It is a moderate hike, and the trail is not open to bikes. The loop makes a good base for exploring the surrounding wilderness. Bell Lakes and Baldy Lakes are both within about 3 miles, and Fremont Creek, a canoeing spot, lies about 5 miles away. For an overnight stay, Trails End Campground is roughly 8 miles off.
