Zero Buttress is a climbing area in West Virginia, about 1.5 miles from the town of Deegans. It sits right beside two other climbing areas, First Buttress and Shaved Box Canyon, each about 0.1 mile away. The area has 16 routes, 15 of which are sport climbing and one is trad. The grades run from 5.7 to 5.11b, with a median of about 5.10a/b. Among the named routes are Infatuation at 5.7, Imagination Dehydrated at 5.11b, and Funiek's Line at 5.10b, which was first climbed by Stefan Wisniewski and Rudaw Janowic. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Mt Nebo run to highs around 72°F in May and 75°F in September, with fewer wet days in September than in the rest of the year.
