It sits among several other climbing spots in the area, including The Brilliant Pebble and Area 51, both of which are also closed. The area has 30 routes, mostly sport climbing with a few trad options. The grades run from 5.7 up to 5.13a, with the median around 5.11d. Some of the named routes include P.T. at 5.7, Kistler's Mother at 5.11b, and Roper's Rebate at 5.13a. September is the most comfortable month to visit, with typical highs around 75°F and lows near 50°F, and it also has the fewest wet days of the year. Those figures are typical averages from a nearby weather station at Mt Nebo, which sits at a similar elevation to the area.
