Whiteface Cluster is a bouldering area in the Henry M. Jackson Wilderness, within the Skykomish Ranger District of Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington. The Forest Service manages the land, and the cluster sits inside designated wilderness, which makes it a remote, backcountry destination. The climbing here is all bouldering, with seven routes spread across the cluster. The grades run from V2 to V7-8, with the median around V4. Lo Mania, Loose Prospects and Wet n Sticky are the easiest, at V2, while Cave Project and Black Project are the hardest, at V6-7 and V7-8. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Stampede Pass show July and August highs around 68 to 69°F, with only seven or eight wet days a month. Winter is cold and wet, with highs near freezing and about 20 wet days a month from December through February. The cluster sits right next to two other climbing areas, Great Slab and The Machete, each about 0.1 mile away. The Iron Goat Trail is about 1.4 miles off, and the Grace Lakes Cat Track, a cross-country ski route, is about 1.7 miles away.
