Nosebleed is a bouldering area in the Wenatchee River Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest in Washington, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing areas, with JY Crag and the Eight Mile Area each about 0.1 mile away, and Crack du Jour at the same distance. The Eightmile Group Site campground is 0.2 mile off, making it the closest place to camp. The climbing here is all bouldering, with six routes spread across the V0 to V7 range. The hardest of them is the route named Nosebleed, a V7 boulder problem. The rest run from V0 to V3, including German Acres and Sassy Chipmunk. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Leavenworth show July and August highs around 87°F with lows near 50°F and only about three wet days a month. That station sits roughly 900 feet lower than the climbing area, so temperatures at Nosebleed run cooler. Winter is cold, with January highs around 34°F and lows near 19°F. Other nearby spots include the Eightmile Group Site for camping, Bruce's Boulder Trail for hiking about 1.8 miles away, and Snow Lakes Trail at about 2.6 miles.
