The Lighthouse is a climbing area in the Skykomish Ranger District of Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among several other climbing spots, with Sport Wall and the Central Wall Area each about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is a mix of trad and sport routes, with grades ranging from 5.10 to 5.12. The area has seven routes in total, including The Ten Yard Fight, a mixed climb at 5.10b, and Tideline, a sport route at 5.12. The most common grade is 5.10d, and the hardest is 5.12. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from the nearby Baring weather station show July and August highs around 77°F with only about seven wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the low 40s and frequent snow days. The Index Town Wall Trail and Crescent Trail are both about 0.4 mile away. Heybrook Lookout, a campground, is about 1.8 miles off, and Anderson Creek offers canoeing about 2.3 miles away.
