(C) Main Wall, left side is a climbing area in the Skykomish Ranger District of Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in Washington. It sits among several other climbing and hiking spots, with the Index Town Wall Trail and the Lower Town Wall and (Ca) Dihedral Wall climbing areas all about 0.1 mile away. The area has 48 routes, with trad climbing making up the bulk of them. The grades range from 5.9 to 5.14-, with the hardest route, Ten Percent Direct (En Passant), at 5.14- and first climbed by Nathan Hadley. Other routes include Godzilla at 5.9, Iron Horse P2 at 5.10b and Trout Farm Massacre at 5.11c. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from the nearby Baring weather station show July and August highs around 77°F with only about seven wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the low 40s and frequent snow days. Heybrook Lookout, about 1.8 miles away, offers camping, and the Crescent Trail is about 0.4 mile off. Anderson Creek, a paddling spot, is about 1.9 miles away.
