It sits among a cluster of other climbing spots, including (4) Gold Wall and (2) Middle Earth, each about 0.1 mile away, so it works well as part of a longer visit to the area. The wall offers a range of trad and sport routes, with the trad routes making up the bulk of the options. The YDS grade range runs from 5.8 to 5.11a. Among the routes here are Eight Is Enough (5.8), Opdyke's Crack (5.9) and Party At The Moon Tower (5.10a), with Vicious (5.11a) at the top end. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from the Skamania Fish Hatchery weather station, about 3.8 miles away, show July and August highs near 80°F with only five or six wet days a month. Winter brings highs in the mid-40s and rain on most days.
