Osborn Bay Lake
About
Osborn Bay Lake is a boat launch in Washington, managed by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and located about half a mile from the town of Electric City. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 77°F, with fewer wet days than the cooler months. July and August run hotter, with highs in the upper 80s.
