G - Alias Wall is a climbing area in Vermont, about 1.7 miles from the town of West Bolton. It sits among a cluster of other climbing spots, with Northern Block and Boulders North both about 0.1 mile away, and the Old Long Trail passing within a third of a mile. The area has eight routes, five of them trad and three sport, with grades ranging from 5.7 to 5.10d. Among the named routes are Another One For the Books at 5.7 and Carolina In My Mind at 5.10d. Corn Dog Crack is a 5.9+ trad route, and Labor Day is a 5.10b sport route. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run to highs around 77°F in July, with September still near 68°F. Winter is cold, with January highs around 26°F. Nearby, the Winooski River offers fishing about 3.7 miles away, and Little River State Park is about 6.8 miles off for camping.
