E - Lower Tier is a climbing area in Vermont, about 1.8 miles from the town of West Bolton. It sits among a cluster of named climbing areas, with Upper West, B - Upper Tier - Left End and F - North End all about 0.1 mile away. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit.
