Tall Tales Wall is a sport climbing area on Bureau of Land Management land in the Richfield Field Office of Utah. It sits among several other climbing walls, with Yathamo Wall and Garulean Wall each about 0.1 mile away, and Cyclops Wall at a similar distance. The area's six routes are all sport climbs, ranging from about 5.10a to 5.11+, with the hardest route being Moby Dick. Five of the six were first ascended by Garon Coriz in 2018. Climbers looking for a slightly easier option can try Babe or Captain Ahab, both at 5.10a. For timing, typical averages from the nearby Manti weather station suggest late spring and early fall are the most comfortable seasons. May highs run around 69°F with lows near 42°F, and September averages about 77°F by day and 47°F at night. Midsummer highs reach the upper 80s. Steves Basin and Steves Wash are hiking options within about five miles, and the Salina Creek Second Crossing Trailhead offers camping roughly 8 miles away.
