Pied Piper Wall is a sport climbing area in the Sanpete Ranger District of Manti-La Sal National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with the Bridge Area, West Wall and The Early Bird Crag all about 0.1 mile away. Maple Canyon campground is 0.2 mile off, making it an easy base for a day of climbing. The area's seven routes are all sport climbs, with grades ranging from 5.5 to 5.8. Among them are Beer Nuts (5.5), Cackleberries (5.6) and Farmer Blow (5.8). The hardest of the named routes is Loogie, also 5.8, and the easiest is Beer Nuts. For timing, late spring and early fall are the most comfortable. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Moroni show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 79°F, while July averages climb to about 89°F. That station sits roughly 1,200 feet lower than the wall, so temperatures here run cooler.
