Gate Boulder is a climbing area in the Salt Lake Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Utah. It sits among a cluster of boulders and trails, with Everybody's Boulder and Round Room Boulder both about 0.1 mile away, and the Little Cottonwood Creek Trail also within a tenth of a mile. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Timpanogos Cave show May highs around 66°F and September highs around 76°F, while July averages climb to about 88°F. Tanners Flat Campground is about 2.8 miles away, and Lake Lillian is about 3.6 miles off. Albion Basin campground lies roughly 7.5 miles away.
