Three Falls Trail is a mountain biking route in Utah's Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, about 0.4 miles from Jacob's Traverse Road. The trail is rated moderate, and the climb is nearly flat, with the high point at 5,803 feet and the low at 5,797 feet, so the total elevation gain is zero. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Timpanogos Cave show May highs around 66°F and September highs around 76°F, while July averages climb to about 88°F. Other spots close by include the Bodily Harm Trail for hiking, South Side Boulders for climbing, and the American Fork for canoeing. Mountain Shadows RV Park is about 6 miles away for an overnight stay.
