Three Falls Trail is a mountain biking route in Utah, about 2.6 miles from the town of Alpine. It's a short, out-and-back singletrack ride, roughly 1.2 miles long, with a one-way climb of about 137 feet from a low point of 5,679 feet to a high of 5,837 feet. The trail is mostly shaded, which makes it a comfortable option for a quick ride close to town. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Timpanogos Cave show May highs around 66°F and September highs around 76°F, while July averages climb to about 88°F. Jacob's Traverse Road lies just 0.2 miles away, and the Bodily Harm Trail is about half a mile off. Climbers can head to South Side Boulders, about 1.7 miles away, and paddlers will find the American Fork about 5 miles from the trail.
