Three Falls Trail is a mountain biking route in Utah, about 2.6 miles from the town of Alpine. It's a short, moderate ride with a total elevation gain of 18 feet, so it works well as a quick outing or a warm-up before heading elsewhere in the area. The trail is singletrack and mostly shaded, which makes it a comfortable ride even on a warm day. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Timpanogos Cave show July highs around 88°F with lows near 60°F, while September cools to highs in the mid-70s. Jacob's Traverse Road starts just 0.2 miles away, and the Bodily Harm Trail is about half a mile off for hikers. Climbers can head to South Side Boulders, about 1.7 miles away, and paddlers will find the American Fork about 5 miles out.
