Peak View Trail (Lower) is a short, easy mountain biking route in Corner Canyon Regional Park, a city-managed park in Utah. The trail is an out-and-back that covers about 1.3 miles, with a low point of 5,851 feet and a high of 6,030 feet, giving it a one-way elevation gain of 168 feet. It sits within the park's network of trails, and the trailhead is close to the Gas Line Trail and the Rush Trail - Tom Sawyer Section, both about 0.1 mile away. For comfortable weather, late spring and early fall are the best bets. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Timpanogos Cave show May highs around 66°F and September highs around 76°F, while July averages climb to about 88°F. The Red Rock climbing area is about 1.8 miles away, and Mountain Shadows RV Park offers camping roughly 3.9 miles off. Farther out, the American Fork canoeing route and the Sawmill river fishing spot are both within about 8 miles.
