Ann's Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in Corner Canyon Regional Park, a city-managed park in Utah. The trail is about 0.15 miles from the park's center, and the whole out-and-back trip covers roughly 0.3 miles with a total elevation gain of about 13 feet. It's a quick ride that works well as a warm-up or a break between longer outings in the area. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Timpanogos Cave show May highs around 66°F and October highs around 60°F, while July averages climb to about 88°F. The Rush Trail's Exit Stage Left and Through the Trees sections both start about 0.1 miles away. Climbers can head to Red Rock, about 1.8 miles off, and Mountain Shadows RV Park offers camping about 3.8 miles away.
