Ann's Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in Corner Canyon Regional Park, a city-managed park in Utah. The trail is an out-and-back that covers about 1.9 miles, with a low point of 5,674 feet and a high of 5,817 feet, giving it a one-way elevation gain of 136 feet. It sits within the park's network of trails, and the Rush Trail's Exit Stage Left and Through the Trees sections both lie about 0.1 mile away. For comfortable riding, late spring and early fall are the sweet spots. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Timpanogos Cave show May highs around 66°F and September highs around 76°F, while July averages climb to 88°F. The Red Rock climbing area is about 1.8 miles away, and Mountain Shadows RV Park offers camping about 3.8 miles off. Farther out, the American Fork canoeing route is about 7.2 miles away, and the Sawmill river fishing spot is about 7.9 miles away.
