Scott's Bypass is a mountain biking route in the Salt Lake Ranger District of Utah, about 1.4 miles long and rising 268 feet from a low point of 9,482 feet to a high of 9,765 feet. It sits within the Forest Service's Salt Lake Ranger District, and the climb is short enough to fit easily into a day of riding in the area. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Silver Lake show July highs around 72°F with lows near 47°F, and the station sits roughly 1,000 feet below the route, so temperatures on the bypass run cooler. The Mill F East Fork Trail and Rogue Rider Trail both start about 0.3 miles away. Climbers can head to Guardsman, about 1.3 miles off, and Redman Campground is about 1.6 miles away.
