Tuerto is a mountain biking route in the Monticello Ranger District of Manti-La Sal National Forest in Utah, about 6 miles from Monticello. The Forest Service manages the land. The route is roughly 5.9 miles long, with a total elevation gain of about 1,547 feet. It starts at a low point of about 7,600 feet and climbs to about 8,500 feet. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Monticello show July highs around 84°F with lows near 55°F, while winter highs stay in the upper 30s.
