Middle is a mountain biking spot in Lambert Park, a city-managed area in Utah. The route sits at a single elevation of about 5,206 feet, with no climb at all, so it works as a flat ride or a short stop within the park. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Alpine weather station show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 79°F, while July peaks near 89°F and winter highs stay in the upper 30s. Flank Trail and High Bench Trail both start about 0.1 mile away, so riders can easily pair this spot with a hike or another ride. Climbers will find South Side Boulders about 1.4 miles off, and Granite Flat (Utah) campground is about 5.6 miles away for an overnight stay.
