Flank Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in Lambert Park, a city-managed park in Utah. The trail is an out-and-back that covers about 0.7 miles, with a low point of 5,182 feet and a high of 5,237 feet, so the climb is only about 37 feet one way. The most comfortable months for riding are typically late spring and early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Alpine, at a similar elevation, show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 79°F, while July averages climb to about 89°F. Middle and High Bench Trail both sit within a quarter mile, so riders can easily link them together. Climbers can head to South Side Boulders, about 1.4 miles away, and paddlers can reach the American Fork, roughly 3.4 miles off.
