Lake Blanche is a mountain biking route in Utah's Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, within the Salt Lake Ranger District and the Twin Peaks Wilderness. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route rises from about 6,355 feet to 8,899 feet, a total gain of 2,522 feet over roughly 3.4 miles. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Alta, at a similar elevation, show July highs around 73°F with lows near 50°F, while winter highs stay around 30°F. Several other destinations sit close by. Lake Florence is less than a mile away, and the Mineral Fork Trail and Lake Lillian are each about a mile off. For an overnight stay, Tanners Flat Campground is about 3 miles away.
