Holman Ridge-Cabin Flat Trail is a mountain biking route in the Pleasant Grove Ranger District of Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Utah, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is an out-and-back of about 2.5 miles, with a one-way climb of roughly 1,050 feet from a low point of about 7,200 feet to a high of about 8,270 feet. It is rated hard. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Alta, at a similar elevation, show July highs around 73°F with lows near 50°F, while winter highs stay around 30°F. The Upper Mill Canyon Trail starts just 0.1 mile away, and the Holman Ridge-Cabin Flat hike is about 0.7 mile off. Granite Flat (Utah) campground and Echo Reservoir are both within about 3 miles.
