Bar B East is a mountain biking route on Bureau of Land Management land in the Moab Field Office, about 6 miles from the town of Moab, Utah. The ride is an out-and-back of about 2 miles, with a one-way climb of roughly 110 feet from a low point of about 4,709 feet to a high of about 4,821 feet. It is rated moderate. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to ride.
