Porter Fork is a mountain biking route in Utah's Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, within the Salt Lake Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the ride covers about 1.4 miles with a total elevation gain of 823 feet, climbing from a low point of 5,968 feet to a high of 6,811 feet. Summer is the most comfortable time to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Park City show July highs around 80°F with lows near 53°F, while winter highs stay around 33°F. Bowman Fork and Terraces Elbow Fork are both hiking routes within half a mile. Church Fork Wall, a climbing area, is about 1.8 miles away, and Jordan Pines Campground is roughly 4.7 miles off.
