Moroni Peak is a hard hike in Utah's Fishlake National Forest, within the Richfield Ranger District. The route is an out-and-back that climbs about 1,900 feet from a low point of 8,139 feet to a high of 9,825 feet, and it is roughly 11 miles long. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is natural-surfaced and open year-round. Bikes are allowed, so the route works for hikers and riders alike. The climb is a steady one, and the high point makes this a destination for those looking to reach a significant summit in the district. Sheep Valley - Moroni lies about 2.3 miles away, and Broad Hollow-Sheep Valley is about 3.7 miles off. For an overnight stay, Twin Ponds Cua Dispersed and Cold Springs Cua Dispersed are both within about 6 miles.
