Preston Valley Campground is a Forest Service campground in the Logan Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in northern Utah. It sits within the forest's own boundaries, and the nearest town is Logan, about 8 miles away. The most comfortable months for a visit are typically June and September. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Logan show June highs around 78°F and September highs around 76°F, with July and August warming to the upper 80s. Winter is cold, with January highs near 32°F and lows around 18°F. The campground is not reservable, so plan on arriving with a spot in mind.
