Pine Valley is a Forest Service campground in the Heber-Kamas Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Utah. It sits within the national forest's recreation sites, and the Forest Service manages the land. The site is simple, with vault toilets as the only listed amenity. A fee is charged for use. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from the nearby Kamas weather station show July highs around 84°F with lows near 50°F, and June and September are milder, with highs in the mid-70s. That station sits about 1,000 feet lower than the campground, so temperatures at Pine Valley run cooler. The Scenic Byway Trail starts just 0.1 mile away, and the Norway Flat Snomo Marked cross-country ski route is 0.2 mile off. Lower Provo River campground is 0.4 mile away, and Shingle Creek ATV campground is 1.3 miles away.
