Mountain Valley RV Resort in Heber City, Utah operates year-round with 98 family-friendly RV sites (40–80 feet) and a separate 95-site adults-only phase featuring 80×30 full-hookup sites. The family section includes two pools, two hot tubs, basketball court, three pickleball courts, and laundry facilities. The adults-only phase offers a clubhouse with conference room, kitchen, indoor/outdoor fireplace, exercise room, and dog park. The resort also provides four rustic cabins sleeping six, four tent sites, and a two-bedroom suite. All rates include site, full hookups, cable, Wi-Fi, pool and spa access, and athletic facilities. Located 45 minutes east of Salt Lake City and 20 minutes south of Park City, the resort accommodates street-legal ATVs for trail access in the surrounding Heber Valley.
