Orchard Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in Mauch Chunk Lake Park in Pennsylvania, about 0.85 miles long with a total elevation gain of 23 feet. It is a low-key ride, with the high point at 1,053 feet and the low at 1,014 feet, so it works well as a quick stop or a warm-up before heading to other trails in the area. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Lehighton show May highs around 70°F and September highs around 73°F, with July the warmest month at about 82°F. That station sits roughly 600 feet lower than the trail, so temperatures on the route run a little cooler. Board Bottom is just 0.2 miles away, and Intergalactic Planetary is 0.4 miles off.
